We believe you have:

  • A relevant university degree, for example in HR, sociology, behavioral science, or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience running recruitment processes from start to finish, preferably within Production, R&D, Automation, IT/tech, and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience working with assessment tools and giving professional feedback.
  • Experience with proactive candidate outreach, either directly or together with colleagues using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
